  I cannot recommend SK Floor Sanding highly enough.  Julie came out to quote and explained the various options allowing me to choose the best option for me.  Given the options I chose, the quote was very competitive.  It was a difficult assignment to repair, sand and polish both floorboards and cork flooring which were about 50 & 30 years old.  The repairs to both wood & cork were amazing and indetectable.  The workmen were well presented, friendly and extremely thorough and competent.  My home was treated with respect and left very tidy. The team came out and were very reasonable with their quote. The finished product is amazing. They floor was bought back if not better than they were before! Please do yourself a favour and if you are considering getting your timber flooring re sanded or needing a new floor installed please do not hesitate to call Julie and her team. They are very helpful and professional and do an awesome job. I highly recommend and I would give them 10 stars ⭐️.   Our experience with Julie and her team was so positive. They were quick to visit and quote, turned up as scheduled, did an amazing job on what was quite a tricky floor (100yr old huon pine) due to old termite paint around the egdes resulting in panels aging differently. They gave us great advice on which stain to go for considering the damage and we are overall very happy with the finished product.   Julie & her team; Carlos & Lee attended to the hardwood timber floor in my kitchen & dining area post Kitchen renovations. The job involved sanding & polishing 20sqm area. They did a brilliant job in ensuring that rest of the area were sealed so as to stop spread of dust. There were some damaged areas on the floor from old cabinetry which were fixed. When we returned home found that the front door was sealed with a message stating date & time to enter & the kind of treatment on the floor, which I thought was very professional.

I had an issue with the initial job of the floor. Upon contacting Julie & her team, they informed that the problem will be rectified & when. As promised, rectification was delivered on time to my satisfaction.

I found them absolutely exceptional in their communication, ensuring quality work is delivered with a satisfactory end result to the customer. Carlos & Lee were very punctual, most respectful & kind gentleman. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
