Our experience with Julie and her team was so positive. They were quick to visit and quote, turned up as scheduled, did an amazing job on what was quite a tricky floor (100yr old huon pine) due to old termite paint around the egdes resulting in panels aging differently. They gave us great advice on which stain to go for considering the damage and we are overall very happy with the finished product. The team were really lovely people, it was just wonderful working with them. Highly reccomend! Thank you!

Beyond happy with how my floor turned out at our new home!! We decided to remove old tiling that had tough glue stuck to the timber. SK Flooring did a FANTASTIC job removing the glue, sanding and polishing the house. We could not be more grateful for the final result !

We were recommended SK Floor Sanding by a builder who said they were the best floor sanders he has ever come across. We just had a horrible experience with another big flooring company who walked off our job and took our money. SK Floor Sanding came to the rescue and completed the job. Their work was meticulous. I couldn’t find a single fault anywhere. They did repairs to carpentry items, and lime washed our new hardwood timber floor. They were so nice to have in the house. Such nice people and such skilled tradespeople. Their prices were very reasonable as well. I wish all tradespeople were as good as SK flooring! Thank you so much.

Julie & her team; Carlos & Lee attended to the hardwood timber floor in my kitchen & dining area post Kitchen renovations. The job involved sanding & polishing 20sqm area. They did a brilliant job in ensuring that rest of the area were sealed so as to stop spread of dust. There were some damaged areas on the floor from old cabinetry which were fixed. When we returned home found that the front door was sealed with a message stating date & time to enter & the kind of treatment on the floor, which I thought was very professional.
I had an issue with the initial job of the floor. Upon contacting Julie & her team, they informed that the problem will be rectified & when. As promised, rectification was delivered on time to my satisfaction.
I found them absolutely exceptional in their communication, ensuring quality work is delivered with a satisfactory end result to the customer. Carlos & Lee were very punctual, most respectful & kind gentleman. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We found Julie and her team through a neighbours recommendation and could not have been happier! The quality and attention to detail was superb. Our job was just under 50sq.m and completed in under two days over a weekend which was so convenient and restored our heavily worn and stained cypress pine floor to as new.
